Pine Peaks Retreat and Event Center

Pine Peaks Retreat and Event Center is a full service Wedding Resort, the first of its kind anywhere. Wedding Parties can enjoy this special time in their lives for days without concern for the tight schedules and other guests if they were to have their Wedding Ceremony and Reception at a church, motel, hotel, or other venues available.

The Retreat House

On the grounds of this Wedding Resort is a beautiful 5000 square foot home with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. There are 12 beds total and the house will accommodate as many as 20 guests. There is a honeymoon suite complete with a Jacuzzi tub and a fireplace. The lower family room is equipped with bar and pool table and a complete gym facility in the next room. Enjoy a large screen porch with a fireplace.

The wedding party could check in on Friday and relax and enjoy themselves before the Ceremony and Reception on Saturday. We have access to Beauticians for all of the wedding hair updo’s for the Bride and bridesmaids and this can all be done on site. An in call massage service is also available.

The Grooms Dinner the night before the Wedding.

Enjoy a catered grooms dinner in the Pavilion attached to the Event Center. This is perfect for smaller dinners for 20-35 guests. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace and wood burning Italian Pizza Oven.

The Ceremony

Enjoy our 80 acre property with beautiful landscaped grounds with many photo opportunities and several areas to have a memorable outdoor ceremony. We have a wireless portable P.A. System so that your vows can be heard by all of your guests. Weather is no problem as we are ½ mile from a local church www.churchinthewoods.com that would accommodate an indoor ceremony. Rent a tent from one of our Preferred Vendors as a backup.

The Reception

Our Event Center will seat 225 plus guests and the Wedding Party of 12 seated on their own raised stage. Our in house P.A. System and 180” dropdown Projector Screen and Ceiling Projector are perfect to display the Bride and Groom’s Wedding Picture College and for the speeches by the Best Man and Maid of Honor. Our preferred cater is Maucieri’s Italian Bistro of Crosslake and Crosby, www.maucieris.dropzite.com. Offering professional catering for parties of all sizes. Buffet, sit-down and appetizer service available. Signature Italian dishes, steaks, seafood and more. Classic dinnerware and stemware provided.

Enjoy your favorite entertainment by booking them to perform on our complete entertainment stage complete with lighting and clean power for their equipment.

Maucieri’s will take care of the cash bar and provide beer wine and mixed drinks for all of your guests. After 10:30pm they will then serve Maucieri Pizzas to all the remaining hungry guests that have been dancing the night away.

Guests requiring lodging can stay at Pine Peaks Lodge and Suites just minutes away in Downtown Crosslake. Shuttle Service is available. Guests staying at the Retreat house can have a leisurely checkout on Sunday.
