Had some issues with the customer service. I worked with their sales associate to block of the rooms, sent the signed agreement back and didn't hear back from her for over 2 months. When I finally got a hold of someone (I left multiple messages and sent emails and finally when I sent an email explaining that I am a Gold Hilton Honors member and that I called Hilton Corporate and complained they got back to me. That is annoying, I don't want to have to thraten you get get a response. Either way, after all that time they tried to tell me that they had no room blocks left! UGH! Finally they came through, but by then most of our guests had booked elsewhere. Either way the people who did say there were happy with it.
DO NOT stay here. I cannot believe this is even a Hilton hotel. We had problems with the hotel and almost everyone that works there from day one. Even after calling Hilton corporate after the wedding to tell about our experience we did not even get a response from the hotel itself. It was a nightmare dealing with this hotel.
