Carmelita's

After purchasing my dress I needed the hem shortened and a bustle put in. I did not want to drive 45 min. back and forth to where I purchased in Chico so looked for a closer possibility. Carmelita was only 15 min away. My dress turned out beautifully and she was even done more than a week before she sid she would be. I also saved $50 from what the bridasl shop had quoted me to do it, not even counting the money in gas. Carmelita was a pleasure and she did a beautiful job on my gown. I recommend her highly!
