Initially, this was our favorite vendor to work with. Jan was so nice up front and helped us find our band for the wedding day. Everything fell apart after our wedding. We paid a considerable amount extra to have our video expedited and when it came in the mail, it was just our ceremony, not the entire DVD that was promised. When we called, they told us that was what we paid for, but it was not written anywhere that it would only be a portion of our day. Our final DVD finally arrived later than 6 months after our wedding date and after 10 unanswered phone calls and one call that was answered and said our DVD would be in the mail the next day. It came a month after that. After all was said and done, we were still very disappointed with the amount of footage that was placed into our DVD. Jan told me that in order for their company to be profitable, they can only work so many hours to edit the footage and then they quit editing. That was evident as none of our reception was covered on our DVD. We could send it back to the company for several hundred dollars to add to our DVD. In addition, if we wanted all of the raw footage, we would need to pay $600 extra to receive it and once again, a couple extra hundred dollars to edit or add to the original DVD. I will never work with this company again- one that I had high hopes for due to initial good rapport. We got slammed in the back, paid more money than our video is worth and left us with a bitter taste when we watch a video that should be so special to us.
