The Bridal House and Tuxedo House

I purchased my Pronovias wedding dress from the Bridal House and it turned out PERFECT. It fit me amazing (even though I am a very small bride with tiny hips) and looked absolutely stunning. I got so many compliments from my friends and family, and my husband loved it! The Bridal House is a very classy and upscale place to shop and they make you feel very special while you are there. We also got our tuxedos from the Tuxedo House. There were a few kinks, but they were all ironed out by the time the men all left with their suits and the whole tuxedo rental process went very well. I am giving the Bridal House only 4 stars for the following two reasons: First, I found them to be a bit on the expensive side. The groom did get a free tux rental and they gave us a deal on our groomsmen's shoes, so it was great on that side, but everything related to the dress had a cost and it turned out to be pretty high in the end! But it was worth it considering that I had a lot of alterations and the dress was perfect. The second reason I give them 4 stars is because I sometimes found their customer service skills to be lacking. There were a few times when I could have used just a little bit more tenderness and reassuring that it was all going to turn out. But everything did turn out in the end and I am very pleased!

Everything worked out great from here- Bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses all on time! Pronovias dress fit beautifully and didn't need any alterations!
