We made 3 batches of wine for our wedding (one red, one white, and a raspberry Zinfendal) People till this day still talk about our wine! At the hotel you will pay on average $25.00 a bottle when you make a batch you are look at $5.00 a bottle when you break it down. Your venue may charge a corckage fee of maximum $10.00; which is still less then if you were to pay for their wine. I actually negotiated with my venue to corck all my bottles for free. Remember how much money you are paying them, for them to corck a bottle it cost them $0.00. Never settle for what they say, you have the power to negotiate. My husband and I had a great time bottling it together, we had some good laughs! or do it with your bridesmaids.
