Swiss Pastry Chef

OUr cake was supposed to be delivered on the Saturday, however it was delivered on Friday Morning, therefore it was decorated thursday. By the time I seen the cake on Friday night it had already started to fall apart. By saturday morning the hotel refused to display my cake as they could not even remove it from the fridge without it falling apart. I provided a very detailed colour picture of what I wanted, I even purchased synthetic flowers and the cake in the picture and what I got were completely the opposite.
