Our Beach Locations have been hand selected over the years to be the most conducive & convenient Wedding Site’s for a Destination Wedding: Privacy, Ease of Access, Ample Parking, Boardwalk’s, Areas for Great Pictures, Palm Trees & White Sand, Limited or No Permit Fee, and close to the Amenities but far enough away from the busy beachgoers. Each location is geared toward the Sunset Ceremony and we have personally serviced 50+ Weddings at each of these locations – therefore, they are proven & tested Beach Locations in our Repertoire. Keep in mind we are not limited to those listed and over the years have setup behind Condominiums, Hotels, Resorts, Private Beach Houses, Downtown St Pete’s Straub Park, Terrace’s of the Hyatt Regency in Clearwater Beach, North Terrace @ the Don Cesar on St Pete Beach, and the list goes on and on…we have setup just about everywhere and anywhere from Tarpon Springs to Siesta Key Beach – and everything in between! We have found our ‘Recommended Beach Locations’ to be the most inviting and experience rich destinations for your Florida Beach Wedding!

• We Are Pro’s: We are often asked – do you setup behind hotels? The first answer is ‘Yes,’ we work with and have worked with just about every small and major hotel over the years to setup behind. I can understand wanting to have the ceremony / reception / lodging all in the same location. However, the ideal location for a Beach Wedding is not behind the busy hotels and famed locations you read about in popular magazines (think about it – if everyone reads the same magazine that touts a hidden location, quite the oxymoron). Here’s Why: The best location for a Destination Wedding is at a Public Beach Access on the edge of high-end Private Residential Areas. These locations often do not have Permit Fee’s and are the most conducive for a simple & private ceremony. Typically, these are just a short drive from all the major hotels & attractions and have more of a ‘Locals Only’ feel especially since they are on a one-way road or hidden beach access that you would only find through an aerial view or a specific boardwalk path that leads out to a breathtaking area. We feel it is well worth the cost for added privacy and spectacular areas for pictures that these ‘recommended’ wedding sites offer. As I write and post this – I’m confident our competition will take note and start offering these locations…rest assured, we are always discovering & re-discovering the best locations for your wedding!

• Affordable Banquet became apart of our portfolio in mid-2013. It took us nearly 9 months to fully build out the space so it was a perfect fit to host receptions, roughly $50K in total renovation costs. Originally, this was a Seniors Dance Studio and we still keep the ‘Parquet Flooring’ evidenced on the 400sq.ft Dance Floor to pay tribute to the previous owner – ‘Let there be Dancing’ she would say. City Permit & Occupancy Load in hand from the Fire-Marshall, we hosted our first reception in the summer of 2014. A hit on the local scene, this has been ‘The Go To Place’ for a Wedding Reception on St Pete Beach ever since. Adding California Gold Slate Stone exterior and Canned Exterior Lighting in the Fall of 2014 – this gives the Hall more of a Restaurant Feel from the exterior and the quality is evident throughout. For a reasonable price we can now offer a facility to host the Reception. In addition, this is ‘Private Property’ and therefore there’s much less in terms of regulation, parking, restrictions on which vendors to use, etc. which gives couples much more flexibility in terms of who they book and saves $$$ in the process. Upham Beach (Northern section of St Pete Beach) is only 1.5 blocks from our Reception Facility – walking distance! This Beach Location has recently undergone dredging and removal of the ‘Yellow Sand Bags’ which prevented erosion that the Beach was so infamously known for - now its one of the stars of the show!

o Upham Beach is located on the Northern Section of St Pete Beach proper and walking distance from our New Reception Facility – Affordable Banquet (See Aerial). A stones-throw away from neighboring St Pete Beach hotels and beautiful Silver Sands Condominiums, this is the newest Beach Location on the block. Historically, there were large yellow sand-bags off the coast which prevented beach erosion however hindered the setting conducive for a Beach Wedding Ceremony. However, in the summer of 2014 the renourishment of Upham Beach fixed the issue. This is now is the widest location on St Pete Beach and perfect for a Romantic Beach Ceremony of all sizes. Upham Beach features four long breath-taking Boardwalks which lead straight into your Bridal Aisle Way. This location is the favorite among locals boasting beachside café’s for lunch and dinner. Our Wedding Site is located at the End of 67th Avenue – featuring a Private 150’ Boardwalk Entryway, extending directly into your Bridal Aisle Way & Secluded Beach Wedding Package Setup.
