Weddings To Go! Key West

The flowers were amazing, the location was perfect, and they made it so easy for us!

The company was hired to organize our wedding at Key West beach on August 1st, 2010. We have received all the assistance prior our arrival to the Key West. However upon our arrival we have discovered that the wedding site is in unacceptable conditions (seaweed contamination, strong smell). We called immediately to the company and an another location was suggested, as we discovered, in the same poor shape. Our request to meet and help us personally was denied. Communication of the day of our arrival was limited to the window of 2 hours. By the end of this window we did not find the suitable location for the wedding, the suggested locations were unacceptable and we had to cancel the event. No assistance in rescheduling or changing the place within Monroe county was offered. Our request for refund was denied, citing the contract’s 60 days cancelation period. In this line of business much better responsiveness to the unusual circumstances and business and customer skills are required. The results of their work – cancelled wedding. And no refunds. Their contract is written smartly. If you do not like the place that they choose for you ( one of these “perfect spots”) it is your fault. And if nothing works and you call them less than 2 days before the wedding to cancel , they will not meet with you, will not try to find the solution. They will say “ok”. And hang up. Glad for those who were lucky with the services of this company. We were not.
