Nichole's Fine Pastries

We loved Nicoles cakes and pastries. However, trying to get ahold of her prior to the wedding was troublesome and probably should have tipped us off. Unfortunately for us they actually delivered the wrong cakes for the reception. We were so busy that we didn't notice, but some of our family pointed out that the cakes listed on the menu cards did not resemble what was served. We sent Nicole and email after our honeymoon informing her of the mixup. We didn't ask for a refund, but were expecting more of an apology for what happened. It was very off putting to hear back with nothing more than a "these things can happen" response. Considering the price we paid for the cakes this was more than disappointing. I would not recommend Nicoles again.
