Driver was terrible delaying wedding by 45 minutes - bride and groom were left at church to arrive at reception by Deacon 1.5 hrs after scheduled start - failed to pick up bridal party post reception - left groom in rain - it was a mess - HOWEVER ... management contacted us immediately following the wedding to apologize and offer refund. I don't think this is the type of service they normally offer based on their management's responsiveness. I'd give them another try because of their follow up.
