Hard-Eight Barbeque

The filet was outstanding. Everyone loved all the sides, and it made the wedding feel very Texasy, while still accommodating our out of state guests who might not be used to such heavy food. We had green beans with almonds, twice baked potatoes, filet mignon, and an array of outstanding sides like jalapeno poppers. Guests raved about how rare it is for a catering company to cook so many steaks perfectly.
