Ultimate Bride seemed a little disorganized (possibly understaffed?) at times, not calling when dresses were in or waiting several days to get around to placing a call. We were on a time crunch otherwise this might not have mattered but it became a sticking point. I was having to check up on the status daily so that I could inform my bridesmaids rather than waiting 2/3/4 days for UB to call them. It was annoying. But everyone did get their dresses in hand and altered in time it was just something I didn't feel I should have been dealing with.
The staff was always nice which made it hard to get irritated but still...
We all did love the Jim Hjelm bridesmaid dresses!!
