great dessert. and able to adjust his desserts to your liking! we got chocolate cake, apple taart, macaroons, and red velvet cupcakes. the cupcakes weren't exactly like US cupcakes, but i think if i had been able to better describe US cupcakes, he would have been able to do it. everything else thought was perfect and delicious. definitely the best macaroons in amsterdam.
