Carl's Cakes of Market Street Diner

We had some unique decoration requests and Carl accepted the challenge. The end result was a beautiful and delicious cake! We were very happy with how it turned out, and enjoyed working with Carl.

He was very friendly and met with us a special time that worked for us (different than he normal meeting times) because we were out of town coming in. Very talented, delicious flavors and BEAUTIFUL cake!! Only reason not 5 stars is because after our cake tasting, he didn't write down our preferences and forgot what we decided we wanted, so we had to guess and give him flavors/layers months later. Still would recommend, just take your own notes at tasting, too.

We ordered an assortment of mini cupcakes for our reception (chocolate, vanilla, and red velvet). They were outstanding!! All the guests raved about the red velvet, especially.

BEST CAKE EVER!!! I got so many compliments/questions about where did I go, who made it?? The cake was unbelievably good, and even now, a month later, we still have some, and it's STILL good!!
