This is a large 5,000 sq.ft. building that is wide open operating as a dance studio during the week and an event center on the weekends. We have nice banquet set-up for up to 132 guests with tables and chairs, public restroom, a full kitchen, and a large parking lot. We have wedding receptions as well as ceremonies. We also have birthday parties, private events, reunions, etc.
