The Red House is a trendy, vibrant event venue situated just 1 block from the square in Downtown Franklin.

Built in 1874, the Red House showcases a fine collection of rock-n-roll memorabilia, giving the decor an upscale, chic feel. Yet the 4 fireplaces, flagstone walkways and deep porches retain the Southern charm of an historic home.

Prices start at $1100 for a Monday - Thursday event & $1950 for a Friday, Saturday, Sunday event (more for holidays), which includes tables, chairs and basic linens. Both indoor & outdoor events are well-suited to the 3,000 sq. ft. home. Why rent a room when you can have the whole house?

Perfect for weddings, receptions, rehearsals, CD release parties, corporate meetings, private parties, & fundraisers. Accommodates 150 guests inside or more with the use of the grounds.
