C'est La Vie Salon

HORRIBLE! The customer service as this salon is bad. The morning of my wedding it was pouring rain. I had my veil and my hands full of bags. The girls at the front desk just sat there and watched me struggle. When I finally got in they told me that the stylist who I had been working with was "no longer with them!" What?! So the day of my wedding I had my hair done by someone I had never met before and she didn't do a good job at the style I wanted. My hair fell flat and look blah, but the time I got the the reception. Everyone is merely cordial and sometimes not even that. The culture comes from the top and the owner is rude and unpleasant to deal with. I almost went to another salon for my hair and makeup, but I finally perfected my look with a certain stylist after 3 trials, the stylist who was no longer with them. I spent close to 30 minutes in the bathroom there crying and then they had the nerve to get on my case about starting late and having to rearrange other appointments for me! The didn't seem or act apologetic. They actually seemed indignant. My experiences at C'est La Vie, the owner, and the staff was awful. I'm completely disgusted with this place.
