Tiers of Joy LV

Kathy made a phenomenal cake for us! We had about a half hour meeting with her after I had looked at all of the cakes on her website and decided which combinations of the things I had seen that I wanted. We also tasted about 8 of her flavor combinations. It was tough to decide on the flavors because they were all fabulous. We went with chocolate cake/white chocolate buttercream filling for one layer, almond cake/cherry almond buttercream filling for another layer and lemon cake/lemon buttercream filling for the last layer. Everyone RAVED about the cake and it was decorated EXACTLY as we discussed. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend her and will use her again for a special occasion cake.
