British Columbia Ballroom

Ideal for Weddings of 500 or more guests, including a dance floor

Guests enter the British Columbia Ballroom through its’ own 5500 sq foot foyer into the sunken ballroom. Your eye is first drawn to the hand-finished carpet in blues and gold that compliment the decorative walls trimmed with moldings. Large chandeliers are recessed into coves in the ceiling for undisturbed sightlines. This square ballroom also divides into 2 equal sections with double airwalls for maximum in sound reduction but has the state-of-the-art facilities you have come to expect.

Pacific Ballroom

Ideal for Weddings with 250 to 380 guests, including a dance floor

The Pacific Ballroom returns you to thoughts of a Grand Ballroom of yesteryear with its’ soaring 23’ ceilings, magnificent crystal chandeliers and an ornate formal stage. Abundant natural light is available through soaring windows along one entire wall of the room and draped in rich gold. The ornate plaster cast moldings on the walls and ceiling are highlighted in gold and silver leaf. The ballroom has been updated with State of the Art sound, power and computerized heating and cooling.

The Roof

Ideal for weddings with 100-180 guests, including a dance floor

Vancouver Island Room

Ideal for weddings with 90-120 guests, including a dance floor

The Vancouver Island Room is the perfect compliment to the Pacific Ballroom – from the carved gilded ceiling and crystal chandeliers to matching marble fireplaces on each end of the room. The rectangular room has beveled corners giving it an almost oval feeling which is exaggerated with the bold oval design in the hand-finished carpet. Four sets of generous French doors are inset with mirror and line the length of the room for access from the adjoining foyer.

The Boardroom

Ideal for weddings with 40-60 guests, including a dance floor

The Boardroom gives a sense of Grandeur with its’ 18’ ceiling and opulent chandelier in the center of the room. Luxurious blue & gold drapes surround 5 Palladian windows on 2 sides of the room giving an abundance of light; retractable blackout blinds are inset to aid in visual presentations. Entry is through either of 2 sets of double doors from a formal foyer overlooking the Grand Staircase.

Waddington

Ideal for weddings with 50-90 guests, including a dance floor. Large floor to ceiling windows and rich brocade fabric adorn the room, lending a luxurious warmth to the space.
