They worked with us very well and kept everything organized for us. Only one of our groomsmen had issues with them, which were just a miscommunication, and was a result of them having his measurements from 2007 in their system. He ended up getting it straightened out pretty easily and everyone looked great at the wedding. They require you to come in to pick up your tuxedo one to two days before the event, which is a VERY good idea because a couple of the guys had major alterations they whipped up in just a few minutes. But had they not tried it on before the wedding, it would've been a disaster! It was great though.
