Free range & traditional, local premium beef, direct from the farmer, raised on the salt-tinted coastal grazing marshes of Pagham, Langstone & Chichester Harbours, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty & Sites of Special Scientific Interest. Cattle are raised on their mother's milk for 6 months & after on the flower & herbal-rich marsh. They mature slowly & naturally at their own pace for at least 2-2.5 years. The scheme is also environmentally & conservation friendly, helping to protect endangered species, offering very low food miles and maintaining high animal welfare standards. The beef is hung traditionally to further enhance the succulence, tenderness & taste of the beef. Now available from The Co-op's at East Wittering, Selsey, Emsworth, Westbourne, Bosham, Yapton, Hayling Island, Denmead, Wickham, Alresford & Stockbridge. You may also try our beef at The Richmond Arms, West Ashling; Cloisters Restaurant, Chichester Cathedral or Hornet Provisions, Chichester. Three Harbours beef is also available direct as a free home delivery box scheme in Havant, Chichester & the surrounding areas. Additionally we supply direct commercially to caterers etc.
Our caterer used this local company to supply the beef for our meal - stunning quality meat, sustainably reared. Guests raved about how delicious it was.
