Customer service kind of sucked, but their cakes are delicious. You do not get to taste the cake flavors before you sign a contract. So make sure this is the place you want to go with before you make your final decision.
On the wedding day, they forgot to give us our cake stand, so we had to go back to the store later and pick it up. That was stressful on the wedding day.
