Niki made promises that she did not keep. My wedding cake did not arrive until 30 minutes before the reception began, there was no topper and she left without letting anyone know about the problems. She was full of excuses and did not respond to emails unless there was a complaint. My father and I have spoken to her about what we were unhappy with. Her "staff" is also mediocre and did not give Niki my requests but they made sure to cash the check that came with the requests. It took her a month to attempt to send compensation. She seems happy to deliver bare minimums and not the full product that was asked for.
