We absolutely LOVED the venue, but I have to give them 3 stars because we had some issues with our wedding coordinator. The coordinator did not disclose that they were undergoing construction, they were not understanding of any concerns we had regarding the construction and other issues. The wedding coordinator was VERY rude to me and my family on the day of the wedding when we were trying to figure out if we were using the rain venue. When I called after the wedding (very politely) to let the coordinator's manager know what happened, she did not want to hear it and offered no solutions, telling me the entire thing was in my head (even though I had random wedding guests coming up asking me who that woman was who was so rude to my mother before the ceremony). The venue itself is awesome, and the waitstaff were amazing (especially the woman who takes care of the bride/groom all night) but the interaction with the coordinator throughout the months leading to the wedding, and on the day of, sort of soured the whole thing for us.
If you want perfection have your wedding at the museum. Top notch wedding coordinators, the food was superb and all involved were helpful and caring. Plus, you get to rent the museum for the night and your guests are able to walk around and see all the exhibits.
