Overall feeling from interactions with Sarah Cleveland in the planning and the on-the-day musicians: they are more interested in themselves than in their customers and in being part of a wedding. "Miscommunication" (if I have time I might elaborate on this later) resulted in ceremony music played from a spot where it could not be heard! I understood beforehand the special needs for musicians in an outdoor wedding, but their last-minute decision on that fine-weathered morning was counter to the whole point of having musicians. They didn't care to check in with anyone part of the wedding and seemed to frustrate the garden coordinator, as well. Truth is this vendor was the one big downside to our otherwise wonderful ceremony; we wish we would get our money back. If we got our money back, I could at least revise this post to say that Sarah Cleveland showed care for customers in the follow-up, but that request has fallen to the bottom of my priority list, so for now here's some warning to music vendor shoppers out there. One good note: their music was beautiful, when you could hear it.
