After booking them, we communicated a few times via email or phone to discuss details. I emailed them six days before the wedding to confirm their arrival time, and they did respond that they would be there an hour and a half early to warm up. They didn't show up for the ceremony and never bothered to communicate with me that they weren't coming. I still have never heard from them. What more can I say? It was the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. I was extremely disappointed, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.....to make a long story short, i booked a violin and cello for 2 hours for my ceremony and cocktail hour. a violin and guitar showed up AN HOUR late without so much as a phone call. (i was panicked) they proceeded to play for half an hour and then started to pack up! to make matters worse, i emailed the owner with my experience and not only did i not get a simple apology, she couldn't be bothered to even respond. i would NEVER recommend this company.

Can I put 0 stars? Definitely don't hire this group. They were AWFULLLL. The one vendor at my wedding who could have ruined the whole thing. They were late, unresponsive to emails and phone calls, unsympathetic to a small change in timing, and most of all, THEIR PERFORMANCE SUCKED! I mean, simply wretched. These people need to quit completely.
