Here Comes the Bride

I had a great experience with getting my dress. Meghan was so helpful and helped me find my perfect dress! My mom and I went in twice and just couldn't find the "it" dress. Meghan then asked what styles we were liking at the other stores and we showed her some pictures. She went into the back and pick out the perfect dress all within my budget. She knows what will look good on you and is very patient! You will not have a more pleasant dress shopping experience with anyone else.

My veil was a different story. We ordered the veil and I was told it was to come in July, my wedding was in August. The veil came in the night before my wedding. That was not something I needed to deal with right before my wedding. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for the veil issue.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Only vendor I had a problem with. I got my bridesmaid dresses there. The color was totally different from the swatch. I got my dresses three weeks before the wedding. They offered me complimentary alterations, what a mistake. I should have taken the dresses and ran. Terrible customer service!!!! The owner Robert is so RUDE!! He only agreed to give me a refund on the amount I had to spend on correcting the alterations.The alterations were a disaster on all the dresses.
