Their cake/cupcakes were absolutely delicious. However, they failed to show up to a couple of our "cake meetings" and called me the night before our wedding while I was at rehearsal to tell me that they wouldn't deliver our cake because we hadn't paid. We paid our whole bill aside from the delivery fee at our SECOND cake meeting. Long before our wedding. We got it straightened out, but it was unneeded stress at the time and they never apologized.
