Phyllis Kittleson

Phyllis does wedding cakes out of her home in Frankfort. She was recommended by practically everyone we asked. She was very friendly and super nice. She even increased the size of our cake for no charge because she thought it would look better! You won't be dissapointed with the cake either, we had carrot, and I still dream about it in my sleep!!
