Despite all the awards they seem to have received, we thought the service was terrible. I took my 4 year old page boy in - who was expectedly excited, but well behaved - and the man in the shop spent the entire time telling him off. When my husband went in with his groomsmen, they didn't have any of our items in stock to try on (despite booking an appointment). To top it all off, my dad's jacket was torn and the best man's trousers had a rip right across the bum! I gave them 2 stars because of their range, but I would avoid at all costs...
