The title pretty much sums it up. While everything went smoothly the day of the wedding I found the lack of communication to be disheartening. Emails or requests to meet should not -- in my opinion -- be met with silence regardless of how many years of experience they have in the business or how far out in the planning process something is. That said, the music was great, there were no hiccups, and our DJ was very nice.

Not consistent with timely communication but DJ was good - kept the party going but wasn't over the top with personality or interrupting dancing with announcements.
