HEB Plus Flour Bluff!

I use this florist (HEB Plus at Saratoga/Staples St.)for all my floral needs. The staff has always been helpful and ready with their suggestions and feedback. Their prices were much lower than any other florist and very easy to work with to plan our floral scheme. Angela was very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. Save your precious time and money by going there first!
