Complete Music Omaha Wedding DJ and Videography

We used this company for both our DJ and videographer. They were fantastic. Our DJ was Allen and he kept everyone on the dance floor.

Complete Music is aweful!!! I met our DJ at a bridal show and tried to get a hold of him 12 times - 12 TIMES - NO joke! He never called us back - I called and spoke with the Manager who was rude! I got my deposit back and went to another company - which by the way ROCKED! Complete music should be out of business!!!! NO STARS!!!

Now I know they are the standard when it comes to DJs and are completely affordable. But I must say, my DJ Craig, did an amazing job. The guests kept asking me who picked the music as it was great and I basically left it up to him with a few guidelines. Great experience!

Our DJ, Matt, was amazing! He made the night an amazing one! We also had our videography done through Complete Video, and it was FANTASTIC!!

The DJ did a great job of keeping the crowd going, there was a small mix up where we asked for a specific song (by title), which is apparently a song by both Billy Joel and George Strait... double checking on our end could have prevented the mix up!

I do not recommend Complete Music. We were not treated well at all. First the manager rarely returns phone calls or email after you pay the deposit. The sound board they brought did not work. The original DJ we picked never contacted us once-not even the day before the wedding, so we had to get a new DJ at the last minute. Our poor DJ did a fantastic job when the sound board did work, but when it crapped out and she was on the phone with her boss-she was getting very little support from him. There are better choices for DJ's and music in the Omaha area. The only good thing was that we got a refund.

Jen was our DJ and she was terrific.

This was the issue we had during our reception. We had hired Ben from complete music and he didn't return calls and didn't look up the songs that we wanted to be played. He finally called the evening before the wedding and then when we got off the trolley going into the reception he let us know that he couldn't find the songs that we had requested. He was awful and obviously didn't take any time going through the packet that we filled out prior to the wedding about music we like.

Our D.J. did a great job! We had a great music selection and he totally understood what kind of music we liked and wanted played at our reception.
