Hy-Vee

We chose Hy-Vee to cater our reception as they were the best bang for the buck. Our menu was herb roasted chicken, BBQ brisket, green bean casserole, texas potatoes, and a tossed green salad. Food was awesome and our guests loved the menu. Our only problem was that the servers did not bus the tables so we had plates stacked everywhere!!! While this was upsettnig at the time, the manager of catering (Mike) made it right in the end and was deeply sorry for the inconvenience. At the end of the day, we were happy withour selections and choice of caterer.
