Niemuth's Steak and Chop Shop

We purchased a simple, yet delicious, pig roast deal from Niemuth's with rolls, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, and condiments. Many people commented on the great flavors of the food and they charged much less than any other pig roaster we could find. The only two drawbacks were that they showed up later than planned and my guests told me the coffee was just terrible.

However, they have quite a few options to choose from when it comes to whether or not you want your pig cooked on site, what sides or extras you want, whether or not you want them to supply plates, napkins, and silverware, etc. All in all they were a good company to work with and gave us a great meal for little cost.
