Fushi is a brand new dessert and party favor maker in Ottawa, offering faux sushi for weddings, showers, and other events. We can package individual pieces of "fushi" to go, or create entire platters and elaborate displays. Email us at [email protected] for more information.

Our menu includes:

"Funagi" - fushi that is made to look like freshwater eel rolls, made from a crisp rice base, topped with toasted marshmallow, and finished with a mint chocolate nori belt.

"Tuna fauxshimi" - fushi that is made to look like tuna sashimi, made from a peanut butter-flavored crisp rice based and topped with dried mango slices.

"Famago" - fushi that is made to look like egg omlet tamago, made from a crisp rice base, topped with lemon marshmallow, and finished with a choclate nori belt.

"Fushi rolls" - fushi that is made to look like traditional sushi rolls, made from crisp rice that is rolled around candy pieces, covered in chocolate 'seaweed' and topped with sparkly 'fish eggs'.
