My coordinator was always available by phone or text and would get back to me promptly. My complaints were that asked to research rehearsal dinner sites it appeared that she based her information solely on location and the fact that we wanted Italian food. She did not research the type of restaurant or the ambiance. Also, we were referred to colleague in regards to our honeymoon planning. Again, as helpful as the person tried to be...not all questions or avenues were pursued and we ended up arranging our honeymoon ourselves.
