Nothing Bakes Like a Parrott

Jessica was lovely! She always responded to emails/phone calls within a day or two, she was very flexible and helpful. I loved the mini-cupcake taste testing. Our cake on our wedding day was a "little too sweet" according to a few guests, but it could be because they aren't used to fondant.

Very happy with Jessica's service and cake! I'll probably be ordering birthday cakes from her in the future.

I did not want a precise and formal cake design for a Maine wedding (I was going for modern, preppy and outdoorsy to fit the New England island setting). I asked Jessica to make cupcakes similar to Magnolia Cupcakes of NYC (her standard recipe is slightly different). She delivered--people went crazy for them (my dad still talks about them). At my request, she brought a large white tier over to the island that was decorated to match our setting. While I do not believe she is a professionally trained cake designer, she did everything we asked and made everything so delicious. She would be 5 stars---there was just a little lag time in email responses at times, but she did respond and deliver.
