Almost all reception locations, hotels, golf clubs, Como Park Conservatory, Landmark Center, etc. have a location for ceremonies. Sometimes it's the same room with the guests at their reception dinner tables, with some locations it's a separate room for each, or there is an area for a social hour and the ceremony area is then turned over by the staff for the reception - James J. You can determine this when you contact a reception location.
The ceremonies can work well at any location, it's your choice.
For a December wedding you don't have any outside option and you may want to avoid a ceremony at one location with a distance to travel to the reception.
