Tara Florist, Crystal Springs, and Bloomies are probably the most popular florists in town. Cravings is my favorite caterer, and when I priced out the whole package years ago, they were also the best priced if you need everything (food, linens, tablewear, etc.). (Does Shadowland Ballroom let you bring in your own caterer?). Liquor Locker was the best back then for beer/wine. (I didn't price out the whole bar.) Lazerjam is probably the best DJ (but you pay for that), and he's also a state cop if that helps with your insurance on the event. I don't know much about a wedding at Tiscornia. They don't really have any pavilion's there, but at least its not very crowded so you won't have people wandering in and out of every photo. (Lion's Beach or the new pavilion Silver Beach is putting in by the pier might be better if you don't want everyone just standing in the sand.)
