Do you really want "ridiculously expensive"??? Why? Is the focus on the marriage or the wedding?

What size is your wedding?

Yes I meant INEXPENSIVE ;-) oops. We are young and his family is coming from Europe, so I want it to be classy... But not overwhelming in price.

Oh and I'm thinking about 120-150 (max) people.

I highly recommend cobblestone Farms. It's one of my FAVORITE places to photograph a wedding, and it's very reasonable. It does book fast, though!
