I used Chef's at your door catering. He also did my cake and assured me through all correspondence that he was on top of things. Should've known the day before my wedding day when he asked "now were you wanting buttercream or fondant frosting??" 2 years later, and everyone still jokes that I had the ugliest wedding cake ever. You just roll with it, shrug it off, it made for a good story. But I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
