Hi I am really looking for some help. I want to book The Manor in Kettleby but am concern with the following. Hoping someone that has either been a guest or have had their wedding there help answer:

1) In the Elizabeth room (downstairs), do you hear foot stomping noises or any noises from above floors?

2) How is the food and portion sizes? I heard reviews that food wasn't that great and portion sizes were tiny. What did you had that you like?

3) I was googling and it said the closest hotel is 25km away. Is that too far for a guest?
