I'm in the process of planning the same thing! I was trying for Point but those beaches are privately owned. Martells won't allow anyone to have a Summer wedding on Saturdays. There was another place Surf save or something that wanted $500 plus permit fees and if I HAD to have a Saturday ceremony it would have to be closer to 6:00 at night. We've decided to not go with Point. You'll need a permit no matter where you go so I would call the municipal buildings or recreation departments of teh towns you're looking at. Today the brick office is closed.
