I actually looked at having my ceremony there as well! :) I'm not sure if you mean that you want to have your ceremony in front of the Holiday Inn--in which case you would need to speak to the Holiday Inn--or if you want it on the beach to the left/right of them. If you mean you want it next to their hotel, you would speak to CC Parks & Recreation.

Are you talking about the Holiday Inn out on the island or the Holiday Inn downtown next to McGee Beach? The one out on the island would be a better choice for it.

As for your arch, chairs, etc., I was going to use Port A Weddings. Their website is http://portaweddings.com/, and they are super nice.

thank you for your help, we want to stay at the holiday inn on shoreline and have the wedding next to it on the left side. i was also thinking about having it on the island but we are going to just go to fridays after and have dinner there so i didnt want my guest driving back and fourth. thank you for the websites i really appreciate it and thank you for your help i will surely email you if i have more questions.

call the hotel and speak to the staff. they should have more info about having the ceremony there or somewhere nearby. If they are no help, then maybe consider looking at another hotel that can be of more service to y'all.
And the wedding arches??...try Butler Rentals. If they dont have that available, they will direct you to who can.

thank yall everyone for the advise now i am getting everything together at last. one question does anyone know another way to get ahold of Parks & Recreation i have been trying to call them and all i get is leave a message. how long does it take to get ahold of them i have left messages and nothing.

Please do not use portaweddings as your wedding planner. do your research before choosing a company. This company is very unorganized and not together. they forget to book your vendors. they are ood at only taking your money.. please shop around
