I went non-traditional and used Baker and Spice. We ordered a variety of their specialty cakes that were delicious and cost much less than one standard wedding cake. They looked great too.

We had a fall-themed wedding and used Serious Cake by Seri Lopez. I checked out close to 10 different wedding cake vendors, and Serious Cake was by far one of the cheapest in the area, plus I wanted edible branches and fall leaves on my cake, and I found that a lot of the wedding cake vendors don't do their own flower work, without charging a high extra surcharge. Seri works out of her home cake studio in West Linn, which helps keep her overhead down which she then passes the savings on to her couples. Our cake was beautiful, and tasted delicious. Her website is www.seriouscake.com and her phone # is 503-638-5038. Check her out and tell her Labeeb & Ayanna referred you!

We are going with Bliss Bake Shop in Beaverton. They traditionally do cupcakes but their cakes are amazing too. They are also very affordable.
