I am looking for a very inexpensive place to hold my ceremony. I want to have it at Enger Tower park, but am worried about the weather being an issue. Are there any inexpensive indoor sites to hold just a ceremony around Duluth?
Thanks!

How about Billing Park in Superior, great spot at end of cul-desac.
And if your looking for sound reinforcement we have a silent power-source so you can have prelude music, wireless mics and entrance songs anywhere.
How about Brighton Beach or Lester Park.

I had mine last summer at Gooseberry falls - you can rent the big picnic pavilions there for $50. No amplified music allowed though, and it's about 30 minutes north of Duluth. http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/state_parks/gooseberry_falls/lakeview.html

In regards to Billings Park...any locations recommended for Minnesota? I don't want to have to cross borders to get my marriage license...

How about Brighton Beach, we've done many beautiful ceremonies there. The weather is always a factor, but if you want outside...Go For It!
Where is the reception, maybe I can think of something close..?

The reception will be at the Scanlon Community Center up by Cloquet. I've been thinking about checking into Jay Cooke but again, you gotta wonder about the weather. Anyone know anything about the beach house on Park Point?
