I can't say much about flowers, I did my own. One of the best photographers in the area did my wedding, Chip Lloyd Photography. He isn't cheap but the pictures are great and those are what you will have to look back on your big day. I had my reception at the Aqua Resort, it was decently priced (700$) but you had to rent out at least three rooms for that night in order to use the room. It is a very small venue though, so if you want to do a formal dinner or you have more then 50 people this isn't the place for you. If however you have a small guest list, it works great because very little decorating must be done. Hope this helps!
