My daughter got married at the Stagecoach Inn in Newbury Park. Beautiful location- it was $1100 but I think they may have raised the price. You get a coordinator, a rehearsal the day before, you can decorate anyway you want, alcohol OK, music OK with no late time limits, beautiful nature trail for pictures, bell tower they will ring for you, dressing rooms, kitchen with fridge. You have to rent tables and chairs. They will also open the Inn for tours, which was a big hit. We did it all for 130 people for under $5000. We brought in our own caterer. Wedding was casual and caterer was Marshall's barbq in Ventura.

Biedermann Hall in Ventura is a great place. It's owned by a church and you can rent the banquet hall separately. It comes with a full kitchen, stage (for your dj or band), full bar and can accommodate up to 250 people and is very reasonably priced. You can rent the entire banquet hall for $1,200.
